Clare joined the Home Office in 2013 after working on the team that delivered GOV.UK at the Government Digital Service. After a couple of years as a Delivery Manager, Clare became Head of Agile Delivery. In her current role Clare leads a community of Agile Delivery Managers, champions Agile delivery best practise within the Home Office and overseas the running of a large portfolio of delivery teams building services for the public and civil servants.
