Tim has been working with the content design team in the Home Office to learn more about research and design.
He joined HM Revenue and Customs in 2005 and had a variety of jobs, but felt the need for a new challenge. He got involved in digital in 2015, and is keen to experience the different roles that make up digital delivery.
...long-term, but my brief foray has taught me a lot. I think it can do the same for most people working in digital. Care about the message, not the words...
