Crossing the Atlantic: integrating with US Global Entry
Building on the successful launch of the Registered Traveller service in 2015, we were asked to resurrect a previous pilot that allowed UK citizens join the US Global Entry service.
My role is Service and Product Manager for Registered Traveller. The team are also working on delivering two new services later this year, ‘Register to apply for Global Entry’ which will enable UK citizens to join the US Customs and Border Protection service ‘Global Entry’, and Electronic Visa Waiver 2 (EVW2) which will replace the current EVW service in operation. These are two new exciting digital services which will build upon the success of the Registered Traveller exemplar.
