Simon Cooper is the Head of Digital and Data at UK Visas and Immigration in the Home Office. He is the Digital Service Manager for the new Immigration Health Surcharge service and has responsibility for building digital capability across the visa system. This includes leading the Home Office’s Government as a Platform work and introducing data analytics to enhance immigration application decision making.
