Amanda Summers-Plotno is currently working on a project to improve the online application experience for foreign nationals applying to enter or stay in the UK. She spends her time making complex questions and guidance easier to understand and adding new content that fulfils unmet user needs. She also happens to be a foreigner who has entered and stayed in the UK.
